For a while I've realised that "safe and effective", along with "correlation does not equal causation" and "vaccines have saved millions of lives" were marketing slogans, even though they are sometimes quoted by doctors.
Sadly, Dr Charles Creighton's believe that the practice of vaccination would appear in an absurd light to the common sense of the 20th century was not the case. But that's because of the strategy of indoctrinating doctors right from med school into this ideology; bombarding lay people with fear and then offering vaccines as a solution, as well as bombarding them with visuals of white-garbed men and women seemingly selflessly conferring health to the poor/needy via injections; plus many more deceitful tactics no doubt originating in the minds of PR people. All this, indeed, for the purpose of profits.
As for the claim that the jabs saved millions of lives, they cannot know that without access to the alternate universe where people are unjabbed, but rather strengthened their immune systems with vitamins C and D and zinc, and had access to ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.
The idea of protecting ourselves from the various microbes in the environment is a very fundamentally flawed concept. If the mortality rate for measles and whooping cough declined by nearly 100% before there was a vaccine, then other factors would obviously be more important. Other diseases that were far bigger killers in the 1800s were tuberculosis and scarlet fever, which fell to zero or near zero without widespread vaccination. Again, this tells us that other factors were vital in the mortality decline. Those factors involve a healthy population – quality food and drink, sanitation, good place to live, exercise, proper rest, sunshine, fresh air, etc. We don’t need medical interventions to fix problems that were solved through clean and good living.

We do live in a culture of deception.

I bring to your attention VAERS data, even though it is, by my calculation, under-reported by a factor of 17 (at least). Here are vaccine deaths from 1980 to 2024, sorted in descending order by vaccine type: https://wonder.cdc.gov/controller/datarequest/D8;jsessionid=82A3196ED44332CDDF89CA43CD87?stage=results&action=sort&direction=MEASURE_DESCEND&measure=D8.M1
Over a 44.5 year period, the COVID jabs account for over 90% of all deaths.
Here is the corresponding request for all adverse events: https://wonder.cdc.gov/controller/datarequest/D8;jsessionid=82A3196ED44332CDDF89CA43CD87?stage=results&action=sort&direction=MEASURE_DESCEND&measure=D8.M1
